The North Central Massachusetts Association of Realtors (NCMAR) has named Penny Maliska of Keller Williams Realty North Central as a Silver Level Top Producer for 2008. Maliska has earned Top Producer status with NCMAR every year as a Realtor in the Winchendon area. This recognition is given each year to the top tier of Realtors in the North Central Mass area.

WINCHENDON — The North Central Massachusetts Association of Realtors has awarded Winchendon resident and RE/MAX agent Penny Maliska with the Platinum Level Top Producer honor for the third year in a row.

This professional designation places Maliska in the top 4 percent of the over 600 realtors in north central Massachusetts.

2007 was another busy year for her, despite the daily reports of a slowing housing market. According to the MLS Property Information Network, Maliska also has the leading market share of sales in Winchendon, topping out at $4.3 million there.

In response to her recent professional accolades Maliska said, “It is an honor to be given this award for the third year in a row. My family and I have made Winchendon our home, and I continue to take a lot of pride in making it home for others too. Penny Maliska is a Wisconsin native who earned a Bachelors degree in Psychology from Macalester College (1984) in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Additionally, she earned a Masters degree in Gerontology from the Medical College at Virginia Commonwealth University (1988) in Richmond, Virginia. Presently, she learns something new every day!

Penny Maliska lives in Winchendon, Massachusetts with her husband, plus three teenage children, and several pets. Having served a three year term on the Winchendon Public School Committee including as Vice Chair, Maliska continues to be actively engages in many civic events, and encourages you to do the same.
